Granwood Block Floor
This Granwood block floor had extensive stains on it, caused by oil spillage which had to be sanded out. Once we had sanded the floor to the required finish 2 coats of primer was applied to seal the floor, this prevented any reaction to the 2 coats of polyurethane floor seal that was then used to give the floor the finish required by the customer.
Small Office Floor
The carpet tiles that had been removed from this office floor had left behind an extremely thick layer of adhesive, this had to be removed with a 16 grit extra rough sanding belt, once removed normal sanding with finer papers was resumed. A single coat of wood seal primer was applied to the floor and then a further 2 coats of polyurethane Gloss finish seal was applied to complete the job. As you can see in the pictures the transformation of this floor was astounding.
